I am writing to
commend your service dept. for the wonderful service provided to me today. I
was locked out of my car and called the road side service I was on the phone
for ever on hold and my phone was dying. I finally hung up and called your
service dept, to see and to see if they could call for me or what they could do
they actually dispatched a very nice young man who came right out and it took
him a few minutes and he opened my car. It was cold and windy outside and he
told me to go inside and wait he would come and bring my keys into me at the
dunkin donuts. I was on my way to see my mother in a nursing home near by. This
was so wonderful of you all to do this for me and I wanted to write and thank
all of you for the wonderful service. The man who answered the phone and the
young man who came out were very professional and kind.
